Soleil Hotel & Spa consists of 103
condominiums, each available for purchase, an al fresco café/restaurant
with meeting facilities, a deluxe body spa offering a complete range
of services, an on site parking facility, and a host of amenities
as detailed on an accompanying page.
In short, our mission is to be the destination of choice for lodging
in Ocean City. For our owners who purchase condominiums we aim to
provide an amenity loaded luxurious resort experience that is “hassle
free” with no worries.
We recognize that your vacation should entitle you to have 100% of
your time to do as you please. Moreover, if you elect to join our
rental program the goal is to maximize the return available for your
property while you are not using it. We anticipate opening for the
2012 summer season.
